Grissom manages to get the door open without dropping Jack. Once inside, he lays him down on the bed as carefully as he can, before leaving briefly.

He returns with a pitcher of iced water and some light chicken broth.

Feeling somewhat helpless, he looks at his lover. "Did you overdo it today?" he wonders out loud.

"That's an interesting age." He yawns again. "Just a little sleep. I rarely need to but it would be good . . ."

He leans over, kissing him gently. "Sleep, Jack. I need to as well."

He pulls the covers over them and turns off the lights.
